Adam Murray founded Admur Consulting to bring clear-headed financial management to construction projects of all sizes. Based in Roosky, County Monaghan, Adam works with builders, developers, architects, and homeowners across Ireland.

A sharp eye on every quantity, every cost
Luke Donnelly is a Junior Quantity Surveyor working alongside Adam on projects across Ireland. He is completing a Foundation Degree in Construction Engineering with Surveying at Ulster University, combining academic study with hands-on commercial experience.
Over the past two and a half years, Luke has measured works on and off site, run plant and materials registers, and priced packages with sub-contractors on large-scale jobs. He brings detailed pricing experience from current tenders — including specialist scopes, lead-time analysis, and BREEAM coordination with site and commercial teams.
Calm under pressure and meticulous with detail, Luke ensures every figure that reaches a client has been measured, sourced, and checked.
